The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), through its portfolio of international work, makes considerable efforts in fostering global engagements to further the interests of Indian industry, to attract foreign investment and to supplement the dialogue with various stakeholders, both internal and external. This is in keeping with CII’s constant efforts to reorient services to keep pace with changing paradigms in the global business ecosystem.

In this direction, a key initiative by CII has been the starting of Market Facilitation Services (MFS) in 2019, an endeavour towards building the Global Indian Corporation. MFS’ strategic objective is to leverage CII’s deep roots, long-standing alliances and extensive networks with global governments, businesses, and chambers of commerce to offer targeted trade and investment facilitation services in the form of market research, intelligence, and analyses. Our gamut of services span across assessment of export markets, market research, sectoral analyses, market entry/expansion, identification of potential buyers and partners, etc. for identified investment destinations to facilitate global expansions.
The MFS approach — which is based on in-depth research, strategic analyses, and ability to reach out to government and business stakeholders in different geographies — lends an edge to the comprehensive bouquet of services offered by CII aimed at deepening global connects and facilitating the seamless integration of Indian industry in overseas markets.
